Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can cancel, return or exchange your Order for a full refund of paid price. 
We assure you that all products sold on INTOTO are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Friendly Returns policy has got you covered.

However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so cancel, return or exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition. Note: we reserve the right to reject orders from individuals who make excessive returns.


If you wish to return or cancel your order, then the following cases shall apply:

·       If the order is not shipped and if you cancel, it would be a Cancelled order. In such a case, we will start the refund process for any payments made in advance within 48 working hours. -

·       If the order is shipped and you cancel, it will be treated as a returned order. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving your shipment in its original packaging for a full refund. We will process refunds only after the product is received in our warehouse in original condition and in the original shipping box. However, you cannot return a customized product.

You can cancel an order at any point of time. If you cancel an order before the product is shipped then the refund process would start immediately. But if you cancel the product once the product is shipped, then our 'Return Policy' applies. If you are a registered user, or a guest user, kindly contact our Customer Service Team and place a cancellation request for the specific order(s).

You can conveniently cancel / return a part of your order.

Whenever you have purchased any product on by making the payment using your credit card, debit card or internet banking, the refund amount would be credited back to your bank account for which you will have to share the bank account details, as applicable.

If you wish to return a product bought by you using a Cash On Delivery facility, we shall transfer the amount to your INTOTO account and it would reflect as your store credits/ a coupon code for the amount will be shared which could be used by you for future transactions with INTOTO. Without prejudice to the above if you desire we shall refund you the amount that you have paid against the product by issuing a cheque addressed to you and it would be sent to the shipping address or would be credited to your bank account for which you will have to share the bank account details.

Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call/ email explaining the process, once you have initiated a return. Kindly note that INTOTO’s logistic partners would deliver the product to you free of any charge for the first time but while facilitating a pick up for an exchanged product, INTOTO has to incur additional costs on the same product, which INTOTO would have to charge you for it.. However, in case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service on our registered address. Any return fees that you may incur are solely borne by you. Incase the pick up is arranged by INTOTO, 2 attempts will be make by the logistics partner to pick up the product, if unsuccessful you will have to ship the product back and the fees will be borne by you.

You understand that, once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hours to have the product picked from your place and another 4 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection. In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

It is pertinent to note here that, Returns of any product by you for any reasons best known to you is made free of charge by INTOTO, but if you make it a regular habit of returning products purchased from INTOTO, we shall charge you for each of such returns and further if need be take pecuniary actions against you.

If for any reason we find that the damage complained of is caused due to your mis-handling or due to neglect, improper usage or application, such a request would not be covered under our Return Policy.


If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition or it is 'Not as Described' by us, you may request a replacement at no extra cost by following the above procedure. Kindly note that replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.


If you are not satisfied with the item delivered, you can request an exchange in a different size or colour. All this again, at no extra cost to you by following the above procedure. It may be noted that exchange is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
